Refund policy

We hope you love your products from The Diamond Label but we understand sometimes the sizing isn't just right when ordering online.

Returns will be issued in the form of a STORE CREDIT. If you wish to exchange for a different size- please let us know in the email and we can check to see if that item is available or not.

All returns must be shipped to the address below and postmarked within 14 calendar days of being delivered.  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  We are not responsible for any lost or missing packages in the shipping process.
